Tyler began his career in Big 4 public accounting before moving into the global oil & gas industry, where he gained deep financial expertise. Eventually, his pioneer spirit led him to entrepreneurship—starting multiple companies in the construction space, including Mays Partners. A visionary thinker, Tyler brings a passion for construction finance, first-hand experience managing complex financial projects, and a love for educating and learning alongside his clients.
Madelyn began her career in Big 4 public accounting before joining a startup CPA firm focused on cybersecurity compliance, where she helped design systems and streamline operations for growth. Today, she leads operations at Mays Partners, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Passionate about helping others flourish and finding beauty in the ordinary, Madelyn empowers the team to deliver top-notch client service through the everyday work of accounting.

We met at Texas A&M—fittingly, in the library, working in Excel. Today, we’re raising four energetic boys and building a business grounded in our values.
